Our is becoming a social butterfly enjoying playing with
other kids specially of his same age. This month too he continues asking why
questions?
His attention span is growing slowly. He enjoys
completing his homework and listening to stories read aloud to him. He has
memorized some of his favorite stories and can retell the complete stories
looking at the pictures of the stories. His letter and number concept is very
strong and writing skill is developing but
he writes some of the letters and numbers in reverse order like "ɘ"
for "e", "Ƹ" for "3".
This month we introduced English as an extra
language to him. He is slowly getting us. We have allotted about an hour for
English speaking time with him. He speaks whatever comes up in his mind in
English. But we used to ask what he wants to say in his mother tongue, and help
him say in English. He has started understanding some of the basic English languages.
He has became very choosy on his clothes. He attempts
dressing himself but he needs some assistance with things like buttons.
He can understand two directions given one after the
other.
