Our son is 55 months old.

Few days back on December 27, 2014 (Poush 12, 2071) our son was 55 months old.
This month he started reading simple English story books. He used his phonics skills to sound our the words. He still needs some help on that. Regarding Nepali book, he just sound out the stories. He actually doesn't recognize the letters yet he reads the stories based on his memories as he listened to those stories so many times.

Our son is 54 months old

About a week back on November 28, 2014 (Mangsir12, 2071) our son was 54 months old.
As i remained out of the valley for about three weeks I didn't get much time to watch and write about him.
This month, he learned how to write his name (both in Nepali and English), wear and take off his shoes.

Our son is 53 months old.

Few days back on October 28, 2014 (Kartik 12, 2071) our son was 53 months old.
He had  some problem in his molar teeth this month, went for a check up and his teeth needed to be filled.
He enjoys reading books a lot. He started reading books, not the text but based on his memory. But he looks like reading.
This month his nini gave birth to a baby boy, he enjoys watching a new member in our family.

Our son is 52 months old.

Our son is 51 months old

Yesterday, on September 28, 2014 (Bhadra 12, 2071) our son was 51 months old.
This months he enjoyed dramatic plays a lot, he likes to act shop keeper, doctor, ..., through plays he learned lots of vocabularies.

Our son is 50 months old

Few days back on July 28, 2014 (Srawan 12, 2071) our son was 50 months old.
He can climb up and down on stairs by himself. He enjoys listening to stories a lot and he can represent the stories pictorially.
Whatever he sees on movie or hears from the books, he wants to experience that. For example, he was watching a movie of lord krishna, then he wanted to become a god and he had his own ideas of becoming a god, like having long tika on forehead, wearing bangles, and wearing some sort of divine dress.
